Oil-free Coke Chicken Wings

Treat the chicken wings you bought, wash them and scratch them

Heat up the pan and then add the chicken wings and stir fry. Remember, dry the pan, don’t put it to sleep or oil, and don’t marinate the chicken wings. Put them in the pan and stir fry with a frying spoon

Stir fry until the chicken wings are slightly discolored, and put in a flat spoon of soy sauce. When I make ten chicken wings, I put this amount of soy sauce. If there are more or less than 10 chicken wings, the soy sauce should be increased or decreased accordingly.

After adding the soy sauce, stir fry the chicken wings for a few minutes until the chicken wings are completely stained by the soy sauce, and then pour the cola. The amount of cola is based on the level of cola in the pot that can submerge the surface of the chicken wings, higher or lower than the level will destroy the taste

After the cola is added, you can cover the pot and reduce the heat to simmer slowly, until the cola juice is almost collected, it can be out of the pot, isn’t it super easy? With less oil and less salt, the oil content of the chicken wings itself is enough to make this dish taste the same as the oiled chicken wings
