Oil-free Potato Shreds

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin strips

Put the right amount of salt, black pepper, and dry starch in the potato shreds

Mix potato shreds with chopsticks

Heat a non-stick pan on a low fire, brush a little oil with a brush, put potato shreds in the pan after it is hot, do not turn it

Cover the pot, fry on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, fry on one side and turn it over

Fry all the yellow on both sides and serve

3 potatoes are fried for 3 cakes. Except for the first cake, the pan is brushed with oil, the other 2 cakes are not oiled, and the effect is the same; the fried potato cakes are cut into pieces and served with tomato sauce.
Tips:
Do not rinse the potatoes. The potatoes I use are crispy. If you use flour potatoes, you can omit the starch.
