The oil-free version of grilled wings, don’t want the delicious ones. If you don’t believe it, you can try it. Of course, I think it’s better. Put a few drops of cooking oil on the outside, but this is not an oil-free version.

Oil-free Roasted Wings

1. Marinate chicken wings, salt and cooking wine for more than three hours

2. Boil the chicken wings in boiling water and drip dry
