Oil-free Sweet Potato Bread

Prepare the necessary materials (the main ingredients above are for bread decoration, and the auxiliary materials are for bread)

Pour water, mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, and eggs into the bottom of the bread bucket

Add bread flour, yeast powder, milk powder
4.
Start the automatic bread making program of the bread machine until the dough is kneaded and fermented to twice its size

Take out the exhaust to relax for ten minutes

Round in 9 small portions

Arrange into the baking tray and ferment for the second time to double the size

Take the mashed sweet potatoes for red garnish, add butter and cream, and mix finely

Squeeze the mashed sweet potatoes onto the dough in a framed bag, sift the dry powder
10.
Into the middle of the 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
Tips:
The water content of the mashed sweet potatoes is different. My dough is a bit wet and I added some dry powder when shaping it.
