Oil-saving Version of Sea Rice Fried Rice

Purple onion, broccoli root peeled.

Dice the broccoli, wash the carrots, peel and dice them, and turn them in the microwave for three minutes.

Dice the shallots and mustard.

Spread the leftover rice and break it up.

Add carrots and diced broccoli and mix well.

Add light soy sauce, pepper, shallot, mustard, coriander and egg and mix thoroughly.

Wash sea rice and soak in advance.

Heat the pan and add oil.

Heat the oil, add the sea rice and stir fry until fragrant. Add the mixed rice and fry for five minutes. Pour the vinegar on the side of the pot before it comes out of the pot.

Place the fried rice in a flat-bottomed bowl and compact it.
11.
Turn the plate over the rice and pour out the plated rice.
Tips:
The leftover rice is fried and eaten, and it can be matched with any nutritional balance. Stir it well and then stir-fry it to save fuel. It's delicious.
