Oil Splashed Squid

Prepare the squid, clean it, and set aside

Cut the cleaned squid into circles, cut the claws into sections, place them on a plate, put a little salt, cooking wine, and ginger slices, and steam them on the pot.

I steamed it for 5 minutes and poured out the steamed water

Put the steamed squid on the plate again, pour a little soy sauce, shredded ginger, minced garlic, and green onions (not at home this time, I didn’t use it) and dried red peppers are spread on top of the squid

Put oil in the pot, heat it for 7 minutes, and pour it on top of the squid. This time I didn’t prepare a lot of chili, so I drizzled a little bit of chili oil that I had fried before.
Tips:
1. The squid's outer coat and inner transparent skin should be removed.
2. When cutting the squid rings, do not cut too finely, otherwise the shape will not be good after steaming.
