Oily and Refreshing---steamed Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and tie them a few times with a bamboo stick to taste.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fermented bean curd, fermented bean curd juice, cooking wine, green onion and ginger slices to the chicken wings, and marinate for 1 hour.

Roll the marinated chicken wings evenly with a layer of five-spice steamed meat powder.

Peel the edamame and put it into the bottom of the bowl, and put the chicken wings into it.
