Soy sauce and vinegar, I used rice vinegar and fresh soy sauce for noodles
4.
Three spoons of soy sauce and two spoons of vinegar, put in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, mix and set aside
5.
To make boiled noodles, put the cooked noodles in a bowl of noodles with mixed juice, and put ginger, garlic, chili powder, crushed peanuts, and Lao Gan Ma
6.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and start heating until it smokes
7.
Pour the hot oil into the noodle bowl, there will be a sizzling sound, mix well and start enjoying
Tips:
The ratio of vinegar to soy sauce is 3:2, which can be adjusted according to personal taste. The oil must be hot and not too much, otherwise the noodles will be too greasy and not delicious. You can put an appropriate amount of greens.
