New year, I wish you all a happy new year~ everything can be realized~
It’s not the same when you’re older. In previous years, there were a lot of ambitions, and it must be what you said. This year someone asked me what my wish was, but I was very flat. It’s fine to live well~ It's ups and downs every day, it's not life, it's a TV drama, it's a Korean drama...
Last night, if the Shanghai breeze hadn’t been blowing, I would have gone to the Bund to play, and then I had to go to Guimenguan to take a look. Fortunately, I didn’t go there, I didn’t follow the trend and did not follow blindly. Coming~
I wish all the injured an early recovery, and everyone should be safe and sound!
During the Chinese New Year, I will eat rare noodles. The main reason is that I don’t like to eat it, but it’s a bit difficult to digest dead noodles. After all, leaving the old and welcoming the new is a bowl of longevity noodles~
I really don’t dare to play tricks in front of many big coffees. I don’t make a lot of pasta. It’s just a good sign to eat like this~

Oily Noodles

1. A bowl of flour and a teaspoon of salt, knead into a dough

2. Then divide it into small doses, apply a layer of oil and put it aside to wake up the noodles

3. After waking up for a while, knead and wake up again, then apply a layer of oil and put it aside to relax.

4. Knead the loose dough

5. Press the chopsticks in the middle

6. Slowly stretch the ends

7. Then tear it into two from the place where the chopsticks press in the middle

8. Cook the water in the rice cooker ahead of time, throw the noodles into it and cook

9. Take out the cooked noodles and put scallions on top. I like dried scallions, so I roasted the scallions.

10. Then sprinkle a handful of chili noodles, boil a spoonful of hot oil, pour on it while it is hot, mix well and eat!
