Today, I made some meat fillings for the steamed buns. I happened to buy oily tofu. Let’s have oily tofu meatballs. It’s the first time to make it. It tastes good.

Oily Tofu Meatballs

1. Chop the lean meat, stir in salt, light soy sauce, sugar, black pepper and a little oil. Finally, add the frothed green onion and stir well.

2. I chose the larger four-cube oily tofu.

3. Punch a hole in the middle of the oily tofu, stuff the minced meat in and press it tightly.

4. Shred the onion

5. Wash green peas kernels and set aside

6. Pour some oil into the pot and sauté the onions

7. Fry the oiled tofu stuffed with meat (the meat is facing down) in a pan on a low heat.

8. Then pour the green peas

9. Pour in oyster sauce

10. Pour in a bowl of water and simmer for 15 minutes.
