Okara and Carrot Cake

Wash the radishes, peel them, and rub them into filaments.

Add bean dregs, cornmeal, eggs, five-spice powder and salt.
3.
Stir in one direction with chopsticks to form a uniform thick batter.
4.
Group them into small balls (originally I wanted to make carrot balls~).
5.
Turn on the fire, pour a small amount of oil in the pan, and fry the carrot cake.
6.
Slowly fry over medium and low heat until golden brown on both sides.
