Okara and Scallion Omelet

Use 4 spoons of bean dregs to make soy milk, (this amount is a bit large, enough for the whole family of 4 people), reserve a cup of soy milk for use

The same spoon, put 2 spoons of flour, 1 spoon of corn starch or potato starch, beat 4 eggs

Then add pepper, pepper powder and salt (without MSG)

Stir well, a bit dry

If it’s a bit dry, add some soy milk in it, and be careful not to make it too clear. The cakes that are too clear will not be shaped.

Finally add the chopped green onion and stir well!

Put a teaspoon of oil for each frying pan

Put two spoons of mixed bean dregs, tan flat, and fry slowly over medium to low heat

You can turn it over and fry after a minute or two

If both sides are fried so yellow, you can eat it out of the pan!

Tips:
I just filter the bean dregs, without squeezing the water, add some soy milk when it’s dry
