Okara Balls

Ingredients: bean dregs, flour, green onions and eggs

Add chopped green onions to okara

The mixed bean dregs are small in fluidity and a little viscous.

Tips:
The bean dregs I use are more watery, so I only added an egg. If the bean dregs are dry, you can increase the amount of eggs. Some vegetables, such as horseshoe, lotus root, etc., can be added to the bean dregs to increase the taste and nutrients of the balls.
