Filter out the bean dregs from the soy milk

Chop the leeks and add in, add an egg, five-spice powder, salt, oyster sauce, etc. and mix well. Add flour while stirring. Don't add too much flour. Mix well and make a paste, not too thin.

Add oil to the electric baking pan to preheat, add the bean dregs to the electric baking pan, cover and bake

Fry until golden on one side and fry on the other side until both sides are cooked through
Tips:
I added leeks because I happened to have them at home. They taste good. They can also be omitted or replaced with other favorite ingredients, such as carrots, celery, and other flour. Don’t add them all at once. Mix them according to the degree of moistness of the bean dregs. Don't add too much to avoid getting too dry.
