Okonomiyaki
1.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces, add a small amount of water to puree
2.
Carrots and lettuce are shredded, corn is diced (you can replace it with your favorite ingredients)
3.
Add salt, pepper, eggs and flour to the pumpkin puree and mix into a thick paste (you must add more flour when adding corn flour, otherwise it will loose. You can use all flour)
4.
Add carrot shreds, lettuce shreds, and corn kernels to the pumpkin paste and mix evenly. Brush the pan with oil, pour in the mixed pumpkin paste, and cover with bacon. Bake slowly over low heat, turn over after 5 minutes until cooked.
5.
Squeeze the salad dressing out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped seaweed for garnish
6.
So small is enough for me to eat, this is my appetite
Tips:
Replace the ingredients at will. In fact, Okonomiyaki is a Chinese vegetable pancake, just let it go! In addition, the small frying pan of the toaster is quite easy to use, except that the whole machine takes up a lot of space.
