Okonomiyaki

Shred cabbage, halve bacon, chop green onion, and dice squid.

Take a large bowl, pour water, add flour and sweet potato flour and mix well.

Pour in shredded cabbage and stir well.

Add chopped green onions, diced squid, and eggs.

Stir well.

Heat a pan on a low heat, pour the batter, and adjust the shape slightly.

Cover the bacon on the cake and fry for about 3 minutes.

Turn it over, cover, and fry for about 4 minutes.

Open the lid, turn it over, and fry for another 3 minutes.

Brush the surface with okonomiyaki sauce, you can also use that sweet and salty barbecue sauce instead. Squeeze the salad dressing on the pan, sprinkle with chopped sea moss and katsuobushi.
