Okra Fried Rice

Prepare the materials

Chop ginger, dice carrots, chop cabbage, and cut okra into rings

Knock the eggs into a large bowl of rice
4.
Stir evenly so that each grain of rice is absorbed into the egg liquid

Heat a pan, add ginger and sauté

Add carrots
7.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until broken
8.
Add okra and stir fry for about 2 minutes

You can serve the vegetables first, or like me, pick the vegetables around the pot and add oil in the middle

Add the rice that has absorbed the egg liquid, add salt and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked

Out of the pot
Tips:
Stir-fried dishes can be served first, and the rice can be fried before adding it
