When I was at school in Japan, I liked all kinds of chazuke and I would try to innovate some methods^ ^Today is to create a new dish using the unfinished salmon sashimi, leftover rice and the tea I bought at Ryoanji Temple in Kyoto, or It should be said to be a staple food~~"

Ingredients

Okra Salmon Chazuke Rice

1. Prepare all the ingredients. The tea I bought before is powdered, so you can make it directly with green tea or scented tea at home.

2. Cut the salmon into cubes and set aside.

3. Wash the okra, remove the stalks, and chop the okra for later use.

4. Put a small amount of salt in each of the diced fish and okra, and mix well. If you use green tea, you can put more salt in the diced salmon and okra.

5. When the oil in the pot is hot, pour in the diced salmon, stir-fry over medium heat, and serve after changing the color.

6. Then pour the diced okra, add a small amount of water, and stir-fry over high heat. When the juice becomes thick, turn off the heat and serve.

7. Spread the diced salmon and okra on the hot rice, and pour in the brewed tea.

8. Soak and eat the most delicious now~~
