Okra Stewed Egg

Wash the okra and beat the eggs

Beat the eggs, add salt, edible oil, and warm boiled water. The ratio of water to egg liquid is 1:1. Stir and filter twice with a filter.

Wrap it in plastic wrap, let the steamer water open into the egg mixture, steam for 10-15 minutes, and see what happens after 10 minutes. Shake the bowl, if it is still very thin in the middle, steam for another 5 minutes
