Okra Strawberry Salad

                                Cut the okra diagonally into 2 cm long sections; cut the strawberries into quarters; pick the leaves of bitter chrysanthemum; roughly chop pistachios; break the cheese.

                                Heat an appropriate amount of olive oil in a frying pan, sauté the okra at medium temperature for 5-6 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

                                Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to make a salad dressing.

                                Put the bitter chrysanthemum, fried okra, strawberries and feta cheese in a bowl and mix evenly, sprinkle with salad dressing, and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
