Okra with Tahini Sauce

Fifteen okra, one egg, one red bell pepper, and one green onion.

Spoon a spoonful of sesame paste with a little soy sauce to unravel.

Beat an egg with a little starch and a little salt.
4.
Go through a sieve.
5.
Fry into cakes.

Carrots, green onions and egg pie are all shredded.

Wash the okra and blanch it in water.

Blanch the water for about three minutes, remove it and put it in cold water immediately.

Cut off the head and tail of the okra and arrange it on a plate.
10.
Heat in a pan and add some oil to fry the scallions and bell peppers.

Add egg shreds and stir fry.
12.
Put the fried sweet pepper and egg shreds on the plate.
13.
Just top it with sesame sauce.
