Old Garlic Beer Duck

Wash the duck and chop into pieces;

Boil in boiling water with rice wine for 2 minutes;

Remove and drain the water;

Prepare a bottle of beer, ginger, green onions, cinnamon, star anise, dried chili, etc.;

Peel a small bowl of garlic;

Pour oil into the wok, add ginger, green onions, cinnamon, star anise, and dried chili until fragrant;

Add the duck meat and stir fry until it shrinks and changes color;

Add dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, pour a whole bottle (600ml) of beer, just submerge the duck meat, bring to a boil on high heat, cover and turn to low heat for 50 minutes;

When the beer is half dry, put in the garlic and cook for another 15 minutes until the soup is thick.

The delicious duck is on the table.
Tips:
1. The trick to remove fishy ducks is to blanch the duck pieces in boiling water with rice wine or cooking wine.
