Soak the fungus with water.

Bring the water to a boil, and blanch the fungus in the pot. Be careful not to blanch the water for a long time. I will serve it after stirring twice.

Put less oil in the pan, add peanuts and fry on low heat. Turn off the heat when you hear the crackling sound of peanuts, otherwise the peanuts will be easy to fry.

Pour the peanuts and oil in the pot into a bowl with fungus, add garlic, sugar, two spoons of Shanxi old vinegar, one spoon of light soy sauce, a little salt and chicken essence.
