Old Vinegar Peanuts

Prepare the ingredients, wash and dry the peanuts, use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the water. Adjust the sauce (soy sauce with old vinegar), mince coriander.

Cold pan with cold oil, more oil, low heat, pour peanuts, and stir fry continuously.
