Omelet Malan Tou

Wash the fresh Malan hair.

Put water, a little salt, and boil in the pot. Put the Malantou into the nao.

Immediately put it in cold water to cool thoroughly, remove and drain.

Add the ground peanuts, salt, sugar, and two drops of sesame oil to the drained Malan, and mix well.

Tips:
1. The Malan that has been simmered in boiling water should be cold in your hands to keep the bright green color.
2. Use fried peanuts for peanuts, or roasted walnuts.
