For breakfast, my son neither loves fried rice with oil nor egg fried rice. He prefers omelet rice with tomato sauce. Every time I cook, he asks me to cook more, and then use the leftover rice to make omelet rice for him. Omelette Rice with Tomato Sauce

1. Prepare ingredients: leftover rice, eggs, green peppers, sweet peppers;

2. Knock the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir evenly; remove the stems and seeds of the bell peppers and green peppers, wash and dice;

3. Heat up a non-stick pan, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat; add leftover rice and stir fry;
