Omurice
1.
The rice is best overnight. The freshly cooked rice is very viscous and not easy to fry. Put a little salt in the egg (or leave it alone), wash the unsalted shrimp skin, dice the ham sausage, and chop the carrot into cubes;
2.
Add a little water to the egg, then stir evenly with chopsticks;
3.
Heat the pan, add a little bottom oil, then pour the egg liquid into the pan in a circular motion, shake the frying pan to spread the egg liquid evenly, and form an egg cake after solidification;
4.
Put the spread omelet on the plate;
5.
Put the unsalted shrimp skin, diced ham, and diced carrot into the pot;
6.
Stir-fry for a while until the shrimp skin becomes dry and yellow;
7.
Put the rice in the pot;
8.
Stir-fry the rice, add chopped green onion and stir fry a few times;
9.
Add a small amount of soy sauce;
10.
Stir it well;
11.
Put the fried rice on one end of the omelet;
12.
Fold the other end of the omelet to cover the fried rice;
13.
Cut it in half, and the delicious omelet rice is ready. How about having an appetite?
Tips:
When making omelets, keep the fire low to avoid frying, and decide whether to add salt according to your own taste. If the shrimp skin is not salt-free, add a little less salt.
