Omurice (curry Beef)
1.
Marinate the beef with salt and black pepper (don’t buy sirloin or hind legs for beef, but it’s not tasty or easy to cook. It’s best to buy steak or sliced meat), onion (white skin is fine too) and Stir-fry garlic and small red pepper until fragrant
2.
Then turn on high heat, add beef and stir fry to change color
3.
Add the mushrooms and two spoons of soy sauce
4.
Mix in the rice. Don’t fry the rice forever after you put it in, otherwise the rice will be sticky
5.
The rice is fried and served, the three eggs are scattered, and some salt or a small spoonful of milk
6.
Put oil in the pot and turn on a low fire, pour in the egg liquid, wait until the egg liquid is almost solidified, put the rice in
7.
Roll one side first, then raise the pan and let the omelet slide down so that the other side is also rolled up
8.
Then take a plate and buckle it on the pot, turn it over, and it will be done, then boil the curry paste and a little water, pour it on top, and it's done!
Tips:
1. Don't buy beef parts that need to be stewed. It is convenient to buy that kind of steak meat or cut it. If you don't like spicy, it will automatically ignore the red pepper.
2. Another type of omelet rice is to roll up a half-boiled omelet and cut it on the rice. Many Japanese styles do this, but many people think that it’s not a stuffed rice but a rice bowl. I also prefer this kind of omelet rice.
3. It can also be made into chicken, or vegetarian. Chicken thigh meat is the best. You can choose ketchup for the sauce, but I don’t like the ketchup and rice to be mixed with curry sauce
4. I wish everyone a good appetite
