One Dish and Two Water Spinach
1.
Garlic red pepper convolvulus stems.

Boiled water spinach.
3.
The leaves and stems of convolvulus are separated.

Stir the water spinach stems with a knife so that they are easy to taste when they are fried.

Cut into sections.

Add red pepper and garlic in a hot pot with cold oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add water spinach stalks and stir fry over high heat.

Add salt, light soy sauce, and tempeh are the most fragrant. The house just happened to be gone.

Just add an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar when it comes out of the pan.

Cut water spinach leaves into sections and leave a few stems for delicious 😊.

The color of the fried water spinach was green, and after I had fried the water spinach stems, it turned yellow after taking a photo.

1 Water spinach should be tender.
2 Add boiling water to boiled water spinach, boil it out immediately, and keep the color green.
