Because children always catch colds, they haven't eaten fish for a long time. No, finally the children don't catch colds anymore. I went to buy a tilapia today and went home to braise it.

One Dish of The Day: Making Braised Fish

1. Clean the cut belly, and cut the fish with a knife several times so that it can be fully salted. Sprinkle a little salt in the cut knife path and the fish head

2. Prepare the vegetable washing machine, plug in the power, fill the vegetable washing basin with water, put the fish into the water, put the polarized head of the vegetable into the water, turn on the power switch, and set it to the meat washing position. The baby vegetable washing machine starts to work.
Clean the fish. If there is a lot of foam after washing once, wash it a few more times until there is little or no foam.

3. Follow the above steps to clean the peppers, onions, garlic, and ginger with the baby.

4. Cut the chili, green onion, garlic, ginger, set aside

5. Add lard to the pot, heat up, add chili, green onion, garlic, and ginger and stir fry

6. Add soy sauce

7. Garmisch

8. Add appropriate water to the pot, put the fish in the pot, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

9. Add green onion leaves, out of the pot, delicious.

Tips:

After the fish is cleaned, salt should be sprinkled on the back so that the fish will not break easily during the cooking process.
