One Pot Stew

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Prepare the green onion, ginger and garlic.

3. In a pot under cold water, boil all the main ingredients in water with cooking wine, pepper and ginger slices for ten minutes, remove and rinse for later use.

4. Put the sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, bay leaves, green onion, ginger and garlic in the pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

5. Add the ribs and chicken legs and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Then add the chicken neck, bring to a boil over high heat, then cook on low heat until crispy, remove the green onion, ginger, garlic, add salt to taste, and turn off the heat.

7. After cooking, soak in the pot for more than 4 hours, remove and serve.
