Onion Millet Noodles

Ingredients: eggs, onions, millet flour, flour.

Chop the onion.

Mix the flour, millet flour, egg and onion, and stir.

Add water, salt, and pepper powder, stir evenly to form a viscous batter.

Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pot, turn the pot to spread the batter evenly.

Tips:
Add more water, the batter will be thinner, add it according to your preference. If the batter is thinner, the cake will be thinner and the baking time will be shorter. If you like other flavors of spices, you can also add them as you like.
