Onion Pork Knuckle

The pig hand let the seller chop into big pieces

Boil a pot of water, put the pork knuckles, and give out blood

Pick up the pork knuckles, cut the onion into large pieces, slice the ginger and garlic, and wash the star anise and tangerine peel.

In a pan, heat up, sauté ginger and garlic slices

Stir fry with pork knuckles

Add 2/3 of the onion and stir fry for a while

Lower the dried tangerine peel and star anise with appropriate amount of water, boil on high heat for 30 minutes, then turn to low

Wait until the pork knuckles are cooked to the soft and cooked level you can accept, then put the remaining onion pieces and cook for a while, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
If you think the previous onion chunks are badly cooked, then filter the juice before leaving the remaining onions and cook in the pot.
