Onion Potato Cake

Steam the potatoes with the skin for about 10 minutes, and the chopsticks can be pierced through.

Peel and press into mashed potatoes.

Dice carrots, ham, green peppers, and onions.

Stir together with mashed potatoes and add eggs.

Add olive oil, salt and black pepper and stir well. The heart of the onion cake is ready.

Cut the onion rings. Are the rings cute?

Pour a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the onion rings.

Fill up the mashed potatoes with a spoon.
9.
Fry it until golden on both sides and it will be out of the pan.
