Onion Pumpkin Braised Rice

Prepare ingredients. Wash the rice in advance, soak for several hours, and drain the water for later use.

Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into small pieces.

Cut the fragrant belly into small cubes and set aside.

Wash the onion and cut into small pieces; dice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a pot, sauté the garlic granules, add the fragrant belly, and stir-fry to get the oil.

Pour the pumpkin and stir fry.

Pour in the soaked rice and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add salt and pepper and stir well to adjust the flavor.
9.
Add clean water, without the ingredients.
10.
Cover, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, dry the water, add onions and stir well.
