Onion Sea Mushroom with Cold Dressing

Soak in cold water to dry the sea fungus.
2.
Soak the sea mushrooms and blanch for 1-3 minutes. Note that the time must not be long.
3.
Too cold water, control water, and reserve.

Onion, shredded.
5.
Garlic, crushed and minced, the finer the better.
6.
Add appropriate amount of sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and minced garlic, mix well.
