Onion Tomato Soup

Prepared materials.

Wash and slice the onion, put a little oil in the pan, add the onion and stir-fry until soft.

Wash the tomatoes, peel and cut into pieces, put them in the pot and stir fry.

Wash corn on the cob and cut into sections. Add water to the pot and add corn.

Pour in the sautéed onions and tomatoes and bring to a low heat.

Cook until the corn on the cob is cooked and season with salt.

Tips:
It is particularly easy to irritate the eyes when cutting onions, but as long as the onions are soaked in cold water for a while before cutting the onions and the knife is also soaked, the eyes will not shed tears when cutting. Put the onion in the refrigerator and freeze it for a while, then take it out and cut it, and you will get better results.
