Onion Vegetable Pie

To prepare the ingredients, I use ready-made lettuce and onions in the refrigerator.

Rinse lettuce and onion, wash and chop.

Pour flour, salt, chopped vegetable leaves, and sesame oil in a bowl (if you like eggs, you can add the mixed egg liquid)

Add water and stir well, not too thin or too thick, it is better to be able to slide in the pot

Put no oil in the pot, put a tablespoon of liquid on a low heat, push it away with a small spatula, and spread it flat. Don't disturb the pie after it is flattened, and wait until the pie does not stick to the pan before turning it over.
Tips:
It is best to use a non-stick pan!
