Ophiopogon Pear in Clay Pot

Prepare the soup

Add water to the pot, boil it and put it in the water

Wash the dried pigtails, Ophiopogon japonicus, lotus seeds, lilies, candied Sydney pears and set aside

Peel the Sydney pear and cut into pieces for later use

Put water in the pot and boil, add all the soup in (3) except Sydney, then cover the pot and cook on high heat for 20 minutes, then change to medium heat and cook for 1 hour

Then put it in the Sydney pot for 20 minutes

Finally, add salt to taste and turn off the heat
8.
A bowl of clear and moist soup is done
