Orange Cod

Wash the cod fish with a paper towel to soak up the water

Put salt, cooking wine, and black pepper in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes

Add the right amount of butter to the pan

The marinated fish pieces are topped with a layer of cornstarch

Put it in the pot and fry on one side for 3 minutes

Then turn it over and fry for 3 minutes, preferably with some white wine
7.
Blanch the asparagus first, then let someone fry together for a while, then put it out on a plate

Add some olive oil to another pot and stir-fry the orange zest
9.
Pour in the right amount of orange juice
10.
Add some June fresh soy sauce, abalone sauce, sugar and lemon juice to boil
11.
Cook until thick
12.
Just pour the sauce on the fish
Tips:
Freshly squeezed orange juice will end up a bit bitter!
