Wash the radish, cut in half, then cut into evenly sliced slices, add a little salt and marinate for about half an hour

Pour out the radish water and squeeze the water

Take 50 grams of Guozhen and add proper amount of boiling water to dissolve it. When the water temperature becomes cool, add sliced radish and 2 slices of lemon. Soak for half a day. If the temperature is higher, put it in the refrigerator.
