Orange Sauce Pork Ribs

1. Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water to remove blood foam and impurities.

2. Put it in a pressure cooker, add scallions, ginger slices, salt, star anise and pepper to cook, but not too bad.

3. The oranges are squeezed out with a juicer.

4. Pour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, a little ketchup, white vinegar and 1 teaspoon cornstarch to set the taste, stir well and set aside.

5. Remove the pressed ribs and drain the water.

6. Dip in a layer of cornstarch.

7. Fry in the frying pan until golden brown and crispy.

8. Heat the wok, add a little base oil, add the orange juice and simmer until thick.

9. Add the fried ribs so that the orange juice is evenly coated on the ribs.

10. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
