Orange Scented Pork Belly

Prepare the materials;

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

Peel the oranges with a paring knife, and then cut the orange peels into shreds; (scrape off the white part of the orange peel as much as possible, otherwise it will be a bit bitter)

Put the pork belly in a large bowl, add the orange zest, squeeze the juice into the bowl, or use a juicer to make the juice;

Add 1 teaspoon of salt;

Add 3 spoons of sugar.

Pour in oyster sauce;

Pour light soy sauce;

Finally, pour the sesame oil and stir well, and marinate for 1 hour;

Pour a little oil into the hot pan, spread the marinated pork belly in the pan, and fry on medium-low heat until both sides are golden.
Tips:
It is easier to fry the pork belly if it is thinly sliced, and it is easier to slice it by putting it in the refrigerator beforehand.
