Orange Squash

Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices

Heat the oil pan, add the pumpkin and stir-fry until it is evenly covered with oil

Season with salt and stir fry evenly

Squeeze in half an orange juice and stir-fry evenly
5.
Cover the pot and cook for 2, 3 minutes

Cook until the pumpkin softens and the juice is strong

Tips:
1. Pumpkin itself is very sweet, no need to add other seasonings
2. Don't add too much water to avoid weak taste
