Organ Potatoes

Peel and wash potatoes.
2.
Use chopsticks to hold the slices on both sides.
3.
The potatoes cut in this way won't break.
4.
Soak in cold water for half an hour.
5.
Rinse the joints again with running water.
6.
Stuff slices of ham in the potatoes.
7.
Boil the oil to 60% heat and add the potatoes to fry.
8.
Fry until golden and remove.
9.
Sprinkle with cumin powder, chili powder, salt and chopped green onion.
