Organic Cauliflower Baked in Sauce

Soak the organic cauliflower in salt water for a few minutes, wash out, and cut into small flowers

Cut carrots, peppers, and pork into slices. Cut green onions, ginger, garlic, and dried peppers separately.

Tips:
1. During the whole cooking process, do not add water, otherwise the taste of cauliflower will be unwilling to be crisp
2. Shiitake and tempeh can also be replaced with other flavors of Zhongjing Shiitake Mushroom Sauce, and pork belly can be replaced with bacon;
3. The main function of carrots and peppers is to improve the color, so you don't need to add too much;
