Organic Paella

Cut the minced garlic and break the greens into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic and saute, add the green cabbage stems, green cabbage leaves, cook in the Shao wine, fish sauce, add sugar, salt, and stir-fry for a while.

Pour the fried vegetables into the rice cooker and simmer with the rice.
Tips:
-Add more oil when stir-frying the vegetables. The vegetable rice should be oily to taste.
-Do not cut the greens with a knife, break them into small pieces with your hands, which is more delicious.
-Cook Shaoxing wine when the fire is high, and be careful not to be ordinary cooking wine. The cooking wine on the market is not entirely wine, it also contains ingredients such as salt and sodium glutamate (MSG), which are relatively unhealthy. I usually like to add pure Shaoxing wine in my cooking, no matter the meat or vegetable dishes will immediately become very fragrant.
-Because fish sauce contains salt, please reduce the amount of salt added.
-For nutritional considerations, please wait until the rice is half cooked before adding greens. Doing so also retains its emerald green color, which is more beautiful.
-Unplug the switch after the rice cooker trips, let the rice simmer for a while, the finished product will be more waxy and fragrant.
