Original Crispy Shrimp
1.
The prawns repeatedly rinse their clothes with clean water to wash away the dirt and other dirt
2.
Control the water content, add a small amount of five-spice powder and salt, and mix well
3.
Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, use a chopstick to test the temperature of the oil, and insert the chopsticks into the oil. If there are a lot of bubbles around, the temperature is fine
4.
Put in an appropriate amount of shrimp, and be careful not to add too much at one time, so as not to make the oil temperature drop too fast and the shrimp will not be crispy
5.
When the color of the shrimp in the pot is red and crisp, remove the oil to control the oil
6.
After the oil temperature rises again, repeat the operation to fry all the remaining shrimps.
Tips:
Don't add too much salt. If you feel the taste is weak, you can sprinkle with salt after frying, or make sesame salt for dipping.
