[original Flavor] Lentils in Sauce

Remove the lentils, wash and pick them into two pieces.

Mince scallion, ginger and garlic, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of steamed fish drum juice, a teaspoon of chicken essence and half a teaspoon of salt in a small bowl, and a small amount of water to make a juice

Pour clean water into the pot and bring to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of cooking oil and stir well.

Tips:
1. When the lentils are boiled, put some oil and salt in the pot so that they will not turn black when cooked.
2. Do not cover the pot if you cook lentils, the lid will be black.
3. The most important point is that lentils must be cooked. Uncooked lentils will be poisoned if eaten, and in severe cases will be life-threatening.
