1. Peel the beetroot and put it in a blender;

2. Add a small amount of water and beat into beet juice for later use;

3. Put whole wheat flour in a basin, add yeast and salt to the two corners;

4. Add the beet juice to the flour several times in small amounts, stir and knead while adding;

5. Melt the butter in water in advance;

6. Add the amount of butter needed for the dough;

7. Knead the dough smoothly and cover it with plastic wrap for fermentation;

8. Add a whole egg and appropriate amount of white sugar to the butter and mix well;

10. The dough will be fermented until the hole in the middle will not shrink;

11. Take out the dough and knead it into a cylindrical shape on the chopping board;
